this for michelle, was closer to her when she took over a new role becos we worked closely together then.
she has her temper but then she knows her work well and she puts in effort.
she proves herself with work and effort and not curry favor.

she may be old in age but she is very cheeky and naughty de loh, haha we are always suan-ing each other.
she of cos gives me alot of useful and personal advice, regardless it's work, how to handle a rs or how to be a better person.
she can tolerate my nonsense and temper also.
