woke up early for work.
cleared work...quite stressed...cos just kana a big arrow on fri.. :(
uncle koh came to fetch me and cos weather too hot, we settled our lunch at my office kopitiam...and then we took train back to amk to collect glasses and buy stuff to cook...
his parents went bangkok for holidays so hehe kitchen's mine!

i washed the rice grains.
uncle koh said must take pictures, so i purposely made the face loh..
cos pple alrdy put the container inside cooker le la...still must take out...
asked uncle koh how to operate the cooker, he said ok..
as long got cook light ok le..
but heng i checked, cos the rice was ok before we finished cooking...could not be de ma...
we forgot to press the button...heng got check else no rice to eat...
next was to wash pork ribs.mrs koh washing pork ribs.
needed pork ribs to boil peanuts soup...must boil peanuts soup first...else peanuts not soft later..
next was to marinate chicken.
could not stand the fats.
had a hard time cutting the fats away...
uncle koh finally saw my real skill of cutting !!!
i not good at cutting de lo!
i cut the meat into small pieces but uncle koh said too small...so i cut bigger pieces...but then the shapes not nice ... :p
asked uncle koh to open the mushroom can...
i cut the mushrooms into small pieces...
i washed and cut the vege..we just needed to boil the vege to get them edible...so added salt into water...
uncle koh butahan me...cos i was scopping the vege very slowly...
aiya hot ma, i scared ma...and the pot shaky de...more scary :S
so he took over the scopping...
then he fried the garlic with oil, soya sauce and abit water to get sauce for the vege...vege ready le...
me cooking meat and mushrooms...
we added salt into soup and then could eat le..i hungry le...
final products.
oops..forgot to mention the 3rd party at home - sugar, she was walking in and out of the kitchen, tickling my legs with her fur...and she tot we preparing food for her ba :p )
i scared uncle koh dun dare to eat...so i took food for him...hehe first time leh...i took food for him...always he's the one doing for me... :p
this silly fool was eating and smiling at the same time...he said he felt very xin fu...haha...i more worried tat the food not cooked..and he would stomachache loh...
no fish for sugar, so let sugar had the pork tat we cooked in soup...which was not supposed de loh..we gave her our left over rice and meat..haha clever gal, she finished all meat before rice.. :)
