current location: bf officce

went to his server room to help him pluck out wires & carried computers

so full after our prata bfast

we are simply the prata couple cos we have prata for bfast almost every sat or sun

anyway i cried on fri at work

i am scolded by another dpt coll

so harsh until i cried

my liang xin is cleared

i did nothing wrong

miscommunications are ard the place

there is no black and white, no emails

all agreements are verbal

watever was agreed btw her and my boss - i am not informed.

i was informed, once the coll knows the date, we wil get ready on our side

now she turned ard and said if our items are not ready, she cant arrange stuff

this project was an impt one to the BIG BOSS

so we can take the blame, not her

i know why she can get frustrated at times

she told my boss Plan is A,B and C

but when i asked my boss, she said u can check with her (tat coll)

so i called her

she wil say things like i tot i told ur boss

of cos i wil sorry, my boss ask me to ask u, sorry

why must i say sorry ?

but nvm as long i can get the information and things done, nvm.

at her side, she needs to repeat again

she gets annoyed, i ming bai.

so hopefully the sorry can make her less frustrated.

i need to highlight, this is not the first time she showed me her temper

tat was once she was pek chek with my coll over a bloody chair.

i helped to carry the pedestal and chair up and down the stairs with my long dress

end up she gave me a black face

i know why she is pek chek but haiz...she ignored me when i tok to her

the whole issue also not my prob

i was asked to clear the shit.

so does she

so why she give me a face to see ?

did not even say a bye when she left tat time

anyway this coll was pressuried by the BIG BOSS

so i believe tat's why she vented the frustration at me.

cos only i can be targetted ba

she cant be rude to my boss right?

she said no Joanne u cant say tt u duno, u are coordinating for yr boss.
you shld know!

the thing is my boss nv tell me a single thing but said ask u!

maybe she may tink i am irresponsible, everything duno.

but i did nt argue. i am very tired le. we were once good frens who helped to get things done.

joshua and thomas said not worth crying over her.

my coll joshua helped me to suan her

she asked me to ask Joshua this and tat Q.

but why she could not just call jos and ask since she knows jos is handling that portion?

is it very fun passing msg???

fine i sent an email to jos and cc her

jos called me and asked me questionA when he saw the email

i told him, i also duno the answer. only she can answer.

then wat? i got to ask her and ans jos then jos ans me, then i ans her

very fun isit?

anything missing in the msg, who gana?

she asked a stupid Q. can our printing co which produce the posters patch up the holes in the glass panel?

jos replied, for the patching of the holes, my delivery men cant do so cos they are from printing co and they are not contractors

tat made me laugh out. :)

later on in the afternoon jos and her spoke on the phone

she called jos when she saw his reply via email

cant u reply via email?

phone again. no black and white.

he also gana her frustrated mood

one moment she is fine over the phone.

the other moment when jos told her something tat does not fit her plan, her tone changed.

he said the prob now is everything was agreed verbally between her and my boss

now we cant argue, no proof

yes i shall send email next time

i dun trust her anymore

she got so agaited last last week also, over something tat was agreed between her and my boss

the msg was from my boss

i helped to pass the msg to her cos my boss was on leave.

later on she even cc her Head of Dpt in the email to my boss

as if my boss bullied her!

lesson learnt: not to be too nice to pple.
some pple may just turn ard and backstep u.
some pple just wan to protect own backside.

i am wondering how to face her on this coming fri.

i stil need to work with her next time cos there wil be more projects coming up

i know my own character.

i wun go over and say hi

i cant squeeze out a smile

maybe just act normal until she said hi?

or i just give a brief smile?

i know my smile wil seem fake

i know myself

i shall update u whether i see her or not.
