she is to receive calls,emails and walk ins feedback from patients

but 3/4 of her time, she was not there

even at 1pm, she never turned up

she was supposed to cover me at the desk while i go lunch

she did nt turn up at all

of cos i wun care lah, i went great world city with my colls.

my other executives got to handle the patients loh while she not ard

my coll was angry abt it. she has her point.

but my other executives are fine.

so they argued loh

and todae then i know this new coll duno how to speak chinese and dialect

alamak our patients most are aunties and uncles.

i was v kan cheong cos the patient quite annoyed liao and i finally get her at her desk

i told her patient quite annoyed and speaks chinese, is urgent

she raised her voice and said but i duno chinese. and my case here is more urgent.

huh? the patient waiting there is more urgent ba?

watever. i am not executive, i dun wan to bother abt the issue.

as long i do my job properly, i am safe
