she refuses to listen when others teach her the correct way of handling things

she wil say "no, the things tat 2 parties say are contradicting. i must go and ask"

of cos is contradicting then u need you to go and investigate

you go back to the 2 parties, u wil get the same outcome

you shld go to these 2 parties' management and ask them to investigate.

wait for their investigation report lah.

she wil say things like "no, shld nt be like tat, process is wrong blah blah"

wat process???

honestly i dun like her.

putting aside her aggressive way of toking to pple,
putting aside her inconsiderate pattern (not at her desk all the time to receive feedback and others take for her and she is the first officer for the dae),
putting aside her refusing to listen to others' teaching,
putting aside her cant speak chinese and dialect -

i feel so disgusted cos she does not the compassion at all for our patients
