we do learn along the way
was complaining to dear abt my boss...

he now knows hw to console me

last time he wil only keep quiet. now he wil console.

tat's great. sometimes listening is nt enough.

u haf to say something, to make the person feel better.

at least the response wil let him or her know u are listening.
